Sectors

Sectors We Serve

Our sectoral work is grounded in evidence, powered by partnerships, and designed to shift systems so that no one is left behind. Our expertise cuts across a wide range of sectors, enabling us to offer tailored gender-responsive solutions that create sustainable impact.

We Work With:

Energy

Many energy systems remain gender-blind, excluding women from access, leadership, and decision-making. Most of the energy Interventions often fail to integrate gender, leading to missed opportunities for equity and impact in the green transition ,We advance gender-responsive energy access, energy policy reform, and inclusive energy transitions to ensure equitable energy solutions that benefit all. We conduct gender audits of energy utilities, support inclusive energy policy development, build capacity of energy regulators, and promote women’s leadership in the energy sector. We  also support integrated program design, inclusive stakeholder engagement, and impact assessments that center gender justice in energy and climate action.

Climate Justice & Financing

Women and marginalized groups are disproportionately affected by climate change, yet underrepresented in climate finance and decision-making. We drive gender-integrated climate adaptation, mitigation, and equitable access to climate finance for local and national actors. We design gender-responsive climate financing frameworks, conduct climate vulnerability assessments, and build institutional capacity to integrate gender in climate programs and funding proposals.

Financial Inclusion

Gender gaps in access to finance continue to limit women’s economic potential and resilience. We promote equitable access to financial services, empower women entrepreneurs, and support inclusive financial ecosystems. We conduct gender analyses of financial systems, develop inclusive financial strategies, and build the capacity of financial institutions to serve diverse client needs effectively.

Health

Gender disparities in health access and outcomes remain deeply entrenched, particularly for women and marginalized populations. We support equitable health access and gender-integrated health systems that respond to diverse needs. We develop gender-transformative health policies, support gender audits of health systems, and build health worker capacity in gender-sensitive service delivery.

Education

Many girls still face systemic barriers to completing school, and learning environments often fail to be inclusive or safe. We promote inclusive, gender-responsive learning environments that empower learners at every level. We design inclusive education strategies, train teachers and education managers on gender-responsive pedagogy, and support policy advocacy for equal access to quality education.

Trade & Economic Development

Trade frameworks often exclude small-scale women traders and entrepreneurs from growth opportunities. We support gender-responsive trade policies that expand market access and economic empowerment. We conduct gender and trade diagnostics, develop inclusive trade strategies, and support women-led SMEs to access regional and global markets.

Governance & Public Policy

Gender-blind governance frameworks perpetuate exclusion and limit accountability. We strengthen institutions and build inclusive policies that foster equitable development and democratic participation. We conduct inclusive policy reviews, facilitate multi-stakeholder dialogues, and strengthen gender accountability mechanisms within institutions.

Private Sector

Despite progress, corporate spaces often lack true inclusion and gender equity at leadership levels. We drive diversity, inclusion, and equitable leadership to unlock innovation and strengthen business outcomes. We deliver strategic D&I frameworks, conduct corporate culture assessments, coach leadership teams on inclusive decision-making, and advance Gender-Lens Investing (GLI) approaches to guide equitable capital flows. Through GLI, we help businesses and investors align social impact with financial returns amplifying the value of inclusive investment and driving systems-level change. We also support Corporate Social Investment (CSI) strategies that move beyond symbolic acts like ‘painting classrooms’—helping companies embed their social investments in long-term, high-impact community partnerships that drive systemic change, equity, and trust.
